Every new contract starts with a free deep clean in the first week. Large buildings on contract also get window cleaning, carpet spot cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and a daily on-site manager at no charge. Your walkthrough decides what your building qualifies for, and it is written into your quote.
How does RCO decide which buildings get the extras?
At the free walkthrough. RCO looks at the building and the work it needs, then writes exactly what your building qualifies for into the quote, so you know what you get before you agree to hire RCO. Window, carpet spot, tile and grout cleaning and on-site management are for large buildings on contract.
Do the complimentary services stop after the first month?
