Our mission and values as a responsible cleaning company in Metro Detroit
A responsible cleaning company is one that does the work it said it would do, lets you know if it missed something and comes back to fix it quickly. That's why we call ourselves Responsible Cleaning Organization. Since 2019 we've been serving buildings in Metro Detroit that way. Call (248) 849-0000 to speak with an owner of RCO Cleaning.

We clean commercial buildings to ensure they are safe and presentable for those who use them every day, allowing the owners and facility managers who hire us to focus on what they do best.
Our founders put it into one sentence when they founded the company back in 2019: "RCO is a company that was created to make our clients forget about any cleaning problems." Each value below supports that sentence.
The full name of our business is Responsible Cleaning Organization, and we mean that first word quite literally. Responsible means doing the job how we said we would when no one is watching, notifying you if something was missed, and fixing it promptly without making it your issue.

Locally owned since 2019
Not a franchise. The owners do the walkthrough.
“We, as owners, come in and work directly with our clients.”

Six values Metro Detroit buildings can hold RCO Cleaning to
Responsible for the result
Our managers audit the work our crews complete. If something was missed, management takes responsibility and corrects it fast. You won't hear that it was the other guys' shift.
Responsible for the details
We walk your building before every bid so we know every detail gets cleaned. We don't just clean what's visible when you walk in. We clean the corners, the vents, the glass on the side door too. We take out the trash, stock the restrooms and make sure the lobby glass is streak-free before your first employee walks in.
Responsible with your building
Keys, codes and access are treated exactly as you instruct. We lock the doors we unlocked, turn off lights when we leave, and store equipment as agreed.
Responsible to the people inside
We place wet floor signs on any wet floors. We use products according to the instructions on their labels. Our newest equipment allows our crews to use fewer chemicals, which is better for your employees, visitors and ourselves.
Responsible with your money
Our pricing is based on your cleanable square footage and the work your building requires, through pricing plans that you select. Should the scope or price need to change, we discuss and agree to the change with you before it takes place.
Responsible for our own people
Each employee is selected and trained. Plus they work with people who have over 20 years of experience in this field. A knowledgeable, well-equipped crew will produce better work.
The same standard in every building
Whether we service a small office suite or a full manufacturing plant, we provide the same values. The scale grows: more employees, bigger machinery, more communication with your staff. The way we verify the work, stand behind it and communicate with you doesn't.
That's also why RCO is locally owned and stays that way. When their own name is on the company, the owners treat responsibility as the way to work with clients for many years.
