1. About these terms
These terms cover the website: its pages, forms and text messages. The cleaning work itself is covered by the written agreement you sign with us before work starts, and where the two differ, that agreement controls.
2. Our services and this website
- We provide commercial cleaning and related services for business buildings in Metro Detroit: Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties, Michigan. The website describes those services; it is not an offer to clean any particular building.
- The free walkthrough, the free deep clean to start and the complimentary services described on the website apply as they are written into your quote or agreement, after we have seen the building.
- Figures on the website, such as square footage cleaned or the number of buildings on our schedule, describe our work at the time they were written.
3. Requests, walkthroughs and quotes
Sending a form is a request, not an order. We'll contact you to talk about the building and set up a walkthrough, and we aim to send your quote within 24 hours of the walkthrough. A price becomes binding only when it is agreed in writing. Our forms are not watched every minute; to talk to us sooner, call 248-849-0000.
4. General information, not advice
Our articles, guides, checklists, cleaning planner and answers are general information to help you look after a building. They are not legal, safety, engineering or medical advice, and they can't account for the details of your building, your lease or the rules that apply to your business.
5. Text message (SMS) terms
- The program: text messages from RCO Cleaning about the request or job application you sent us.
- How you join: by choosing "Text me" when a form asks how we should contact you. Text is never chosen for you, and you don't need it to get a quote or to apply.
- What we send: updates about your request or application, such as walkthrough times, questions about the building or the job, and scheduling. Messages may be sent with automated technology. We don't send marketing texts.
- How often: message frequency varies with your request.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Stopping: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one text confirming that you've opted out, and no more after that. You can also tell us on a call or by email.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or call 248-849-0000.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number: give only a mobile number that is yours or that you're allowed to use, and tell us if it changes.
How we handle your number and the record of your choice is described in our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the text messaging providers that send our texts for us.
6. Using the website
Please give accurate information in our forms and send only your own information, or information you're allowed to share. Don't use the website to send spam, try to break into it or overload it, copy it with automated tools, or do anything unlawful.
7. Our content and other companies' names
The text, design, photos and videos on this website belong to RCO or are used with permission, and you may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Many pictures and videos are illustrations made or edited with AI tools (see the privacy policy). Names of other businesses, including the companies in our "Top 5" articles, belong to their owners; we use them only to describe the market, our ranking in those articles is our own opinion, and their use doesn't mean those businesses endorse or are affiliated with RCO.
8. Links to other websites
Links to other websites are for your convenience. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
9. The website is provided as is
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as is, and we can't promise it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, RCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law or under your written agreement with us.
10. Michigan law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute about the website will be handled by the courts in Oakland County, Michigan, unless the law says otherwise.
