The owners, process and standards behind our commercial cleaning company

Commercial cleaning standards at RCO Cleaning, a locally owned company, begin with the owners (they walk every building first) and continue through our written cleaning system, quality inspections, crew training and even how we price a bid. These are the areas of a cleaning company you don't see when popping in at 7 a.m., but you know when they're not there. Ask the owners about any of them. Call (248) 849-0000.

What do clients ask about how RCO works?

How do I know the night crew did the work?

Managers check it. RCO's managers walk the building area by area, compare what they see with the written cleaning system for your building and fix a miss before it becomes a habit. You can also walk the building with a manager, and the owners stay reachable.

What is a cleaning system for a building?

It is RCO's written plan for one building: what is cleaned, how often and by whom. It is set after the walkthrough and fitted to your hours and rules. Crews follow the same checklist every visit, and managers inspect against it, so the standard you signed for is the one you get.

What should I ask a commercial cleaning company before I sign?

Who owns it and whether you will meet them, whether it walks the building before quoting, how soon the quote arrives, what happens in the first week, who checks the work, how a miss is fixed and whether crews bring their own equipment. RCO answers each one at a free walkthrough: (248) 849-0000.

What happens after you call?

One walkthrough. One written scope. One cleaning system designed specifically for your building.
