RCO Cleaning is preparing to expand into Canada
Today we clean offices, medical buildings, plants and warehouses in Metro Detroit, Michigan. We are building the teams, systems and partnerships to bring our commercial cleaning to Canada in the future.
RCO Cleaning serves Metro Detroit, Michigan, today, and this page describes our plans to expand to Canada in the future.
Routine commercial cleaning
Offices, medical buildings, plants and warehouses need cleaning that holds up night after night. Our planned janitorial service covers emptying bins, cleaning and restocking washrooms, vacuuming and mopping, kitchens and break rooms, and the handles and switches everyone touches, on whatever schedule the building runs.
Floors and carpet
Canadian winters track salt, sand and slush into every lobby and corridor. We plan to bring the floor work we do in Michigan: stripping and waxing hard floors, scrubbing large areas with a floor scrubber that picks up the dirty water in the same pass, and extracting carpet to rinse out soil and salt residue.
Windows
Our water-fed window system sends water through multi-stage filtration, then a high-pressure pump carries it up a long pole to a soft brush. Glass and frames are scrubbed and rinsed with purified water, so they dry spot-free without soap, and many windows can be cleaned from the ground.
About our expansion plans
RCO Cleaning is a locally owned company based in Southfield, Michigan, serving Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties. There, every new client starts with a free walkthrough and gets a written quote within 24 hours of it, and when a routine cleaning contract begins, the first deep clean is free.
We are developing a plan to offer the same services in Canada. Before taking on any work there, we are putting the foundations in place: structured operations, trained crews, local partners and a working knowledge of Canadian labour standards and workplace safety rules, including WHMIS for cleaning products.
Until we launch, we cannot clean buildings in Canada. If you need a cleaning company now, please contact a local provider. Property managers, building owners and businesses interested in our plans are welcome to call us at +1 248-849-0000.
What guides our expansion
High quality
Our managers check the work our crews do, and when something is missed, fixing it quickly is management's job, not the client's. We plan to hold every new market to that standard.
Support
Each client will have one point of contact. The owners, Vadym and George Makovey, work directly with clients, so the people who quote a building stay accountable for it.
Experience
Since 2019 we have cleaned offices, office towers, medical buildings, plants and warehouses across Metro Detroit, at night, on weekends and on holidays. That work is the foundation for each new market.
Individual approach
Every building gets its own cleaning plan, built at the walkthrough around its hours and needs. Labour rules and business practices also differ from country to country, and in Canada from province to province. We will plan our Canadian operations around them.
