In short: RCO Cleaning now services private air terminals including Signature Aviation terminals. We also service properties in Michigan for nationwide contracting companies, firms who work with BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) in New York and with chambers of commerce.
How does RCO Cleaning clean a private aviation terminal?
Private aviation terminals have much in common with buildings we currently clean: lobby, lounge areas, restrooms, offices and lots of glass. What's different is travelers come and go on their own schedule, so cleaning must work around them and the building must appear ready for the next person to walk through the door.
Lobbies and lounges
Floors, furniture and touch points kept ready for the next arrival.
Restrooms
Cleaned and restocked so they match the rest of the terminal.
Hard floors
Dust-mopped, scrubbed and burnished with our own equipment.
On the terminal's schedule
Day or night, weekends and holidays. RCO never sleeps.
Whoever bids the job is the one accountable for it.
How does RCO work with nationwide contractors?
One way we partner with other companies is by working on some of our newest properties for nationwide contracting firms. These companies are active with BOMA, the Building Owners and Managers Association, in New York and with chambers of commerce. RCO handles their properties right here in Michigan.
Those are the contractors who work with BOMA and the chambers. RCO is locally owned and operated out of Southfield and our portion is the cleaning.
How the work runs
We walk the building
Just like any building we clean, we walk through it first so everything is in scope. The bid will be sent within 24 hours of the walkthrough.
A system for that building
We put together a cleaning system for that building once the bid gets accepted.
A free deep clean to start
We get the building in the best shape possible the first week. After that it's just routine.
Managers check the work
Our management reviews work constantly and resolves issues rapidly. One less thing for a remote contractor to manage.
“We, as owners, come in and work directly with our clients.”
Vadym MakoveyCo-Founder, RCO CleaningWhether the client is a building owner down the street or a contracting firm with properties across the country, the people submitting the bid are responsible for the job.
